How It Works

1. Your friend signs up for a new HyperMart web hosting plan.
2. During signup, your friend must indicate the domain name or username of your HyperMart web hosting account, either by entering it in the "Friend or website who referred you" field in the online signup form or if signing up over the phone by mentioning it to a member of HyperMart Customer Support. Please note: If your friend does not see a "Friend or website who referred you" field during signup, it will be made available the first time your friend logs into the new account.
3. For each new referred account, we will credit your account $35.
4. This credit will be applied to your next purchase. Eligible purchases may include domain name credits, upgrades, products, setup fees and of course, the renewal of your HyperMart account. If you purchase something that costs less than the equivalent of $35, we will continue to apply the remainder of your credit to subsequent purchases until the full credit amount has been applied.

Eligibility

• This offer only applies to HyperMart web hosting customers in good standing and those customers whom they refer to a new paid hosting plan. Affiliate and Reseller plans as well as any other promotional rewards are excluded from this offer.
• Credits will only be issued if your domain name or username is entered when the account is initially set up, either online or communicated to HyperMart Customer Support at the time of sale.
• Credits will be applied within 10 business days after your friend remains a customer in good standing with HyperMart for at least 30 days.
• This offer is not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.

Program Terms

• Referral credits must be for new HyperMart web hosting accounts.
• Credits will not be applied retroactively.
• Credits will be applied to your next purchase(s).
• HyperMart reserves the right to revoke credits for violations to its Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, for fraud, refunds, cancellations and charge-backs or a substantial change in business circumstances.
• Details of the program are subject to change without notice.

Credit Limits

• No limit applies to the number of individual credits that can be rewarded for individual referrals.
• There is no cash value for credits under any referral offer with HyperMart. Credits are non-refundable.
